STM is a volunteer mentoring program that matches alumnae from GHS to current GHS students to provide insight, networking ability and professional expertise to students. The mentors are required to complete a volunteer orientation training program and a quiz to make sure they were paying attention, as required from the Philadelphia School District. They receive a certificate that will be valid for participation in this program so they can volunteer their time and efforts towards the students.
